Terms of service

Moira creates each organization’s account, and the organization agrees to these terms when its owner accepts them to finish it. They cover the organization, the people at it who use the account, and the check-ins sent from it.

Prices, terms and what the plan includes are set in the organization’s agreement with Moira. An owner can cancel from Settings.

The accuracy of the person information it enters, and getting each person to agree before check-ins begin.

Moira sends one first text when a person is added: an opt-in, after which nothing else goes until the person replies YES, or a welcome when the organization has the person’s agreement on file.

We work to keep the service running and check-ins sending on schedule, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. This is a tool for staying in touch with people. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment or emergency care.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will tell the center if a change is significant.
