The agreement

By signing up, a center agrees to these terms. They cover the center, the people at the center who use the account, and the check-ins sent from it.

Billing

Moira is billed monthly, starting the day a center signs up. A card is required to sign up. A center can change plans or cancel at any time from settings.

What the center is responsible for

The accuracy of the person information it enters, and getting each person to agree before check-ins begin.

Moira sends one opt-in text when a person is added and nothing else until that person replies YES.

What this is not

We work to keep the service running and check-ins sending on schedule, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. This is a tool for staying in touch with people. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment or emergency care.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will tell the center if a change is significant.
