The center adds people’s names, phone numbers and status, by hand or from its own systems. We keep the check-ins we send, the replies that come back, and a record of who was reached when someone needed a call.

Only to send check-ins, to tell the center when a person needs a call, and to run the center account. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Only authorized personnel, and only as far as their work needs. Anyone who handles it for us is bound by the same obligations we take on.

We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

A canceled organization’s records are kept for 90 days and then deleted. A center can export its own data at any time.
