Privacy policy
How Moira handles the person information a treatment center puts into it.
What we store
A coordinator at the center enters people’s names, phone numbers and status. We store the check-ins we send, the replies that come back, and a record of who was contacted when someone needed a call.
How we use it
Only to send check-ins, to tell the center when a person needs a call, and to run the center account. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who else sees it
The vendors that make the service work: our text and call provider, our payment processor, and our database host. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
An archived person’s record is kept for 90 days and then deleted. A center can export or delete its own data from settings at any time.
When you write to us
A message sent from the contact form on this site reaches us as an email and is stored with what you typed into it: your name, your work email, your organization and your message. We use it to write back. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell it.
